Cheer Tumble: 6-17 yrs

No prior tumbling experience is required. Tumblers will learn the proper technique and execution of cartwheels, round-offs and the beginning techniques of standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings.

Preschool Gymnastics 3-5 yrs

Beginner gymnastics classes is designed to introducing the fundamentals level of gymnastics on vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise (tumbling). This 90 minute class provides the solid foundation for more difficult skills to be learned as students gain strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence.

Gymnastics: 6-7 yrs

This class is an intermediate level of gymnastics where skills on all 4 women's gymnastics events are taught during this 90 minute class. Works on strength and progressions to facilitate learning handstand skills, limbers, walkovers, round-offs and handsprings.

Gymnastics: 8-17 yrs

This class is an intermediate level of gymnastics where skills on all 4 women's gymnastics events are taught during this 90 minute class. Works on strength and progressions to facilitate learning handstand skills, limbers, walkovers, round-offs and handsprings.

Birthday Parties

You bring the cake, we do the rest!

Each birthday part is 1.5 hour half where the first hour is spent in the gym including instructor guided obstacle course, parachute games, foam block pit, tumble track, huge bouncy house & gymnastics instruction.
 
The last 1/2 hour is party time in our lobby party area.
